Introducing SNAP Savings
Short, flexible yet rewarding
SNAP Savings is a savings plan that allows you to save and earn interest on your savings after an initial holding period of 7days.
Last year, we introduced the SNAP savings on our web platform. Seeing how it was well-received, we decided to include it to our mobile app which is currently available on Google Playstore.
SNAP savings allows you to make one time instant savings. After 7 days, you can choose to withdraw the savings with the interest earned or, allow the savings to keep earning interest. Whenever you decide to withdraw the savings, you will be able to do so even when it is not your usual withdrawal date. It does not attract any withdrawal or penalty fees.
We recommend SNAP Savings for any money you wish to keep liquid. That is, money that you believe you will need but not sure when. Rather than keep it lying around or in a savings account that doesn’t earn you interest, use SNAP savings.
